I don’t know about you, but I love giving handmade gifts to my friends & family.  It doesn’t have to be anything big, just a little something to let them know I care.  I feel the same way about handmade cards.  So why not combine the two and make something they can use all year long?

Do you know someone who loves to read?  In this video, I’ll show you how to create a removable bookmark that also doubles as a main design element on a card.

Sew Easy Tutorial

The other day I shared a layout for the blog created with the State Fair line.  On it I had a lot of hand stitching using the WRMK Sew Easy tool.  Today I wanted to share a video tutorial on using this tool.  My husband was preoccupied with my hangnail, but I hope you can still get an understanding as to how this tool works.

Okay, so the challenge is to USE YOUR WORDS!  Grab some larger alpha stickers or rubons or chipboard and use them as a central design element on your page.  Make a super long, big title...journal in a larger than normal font...make a background of all words.  Whatever you do, USE YOUR WORDS!  And use them BIG!  Here's another look at my page.
