Sunday Sketch

It's time for another sketch! This one comes from Dawn's awesome card in her Story Hour gallery.

Our contributer this week is Monika also know as Mona Lisa. 

This is what Monika had to say about her take on Dawn's sketch:

I was very happy to see the project on which the sketch was based. I like challenges, and a sketch ased on a card is a good challenge to create a LO.

I loved the composition and clarity of the creation. I decided to switch it and use a photo instead of the flower. I like this colour combo too, therefore my project focuses on the shades of yellow and grey. I used my favourite Studio Calico embellishments, paper from "daydream believer" kit and Mister Huey's mists  as well as the newest paper collection by the Polish company ILS.

 I used a photo taken by my friend as it was a perfect one for the layout. It was taken on the last day of the vacation at the seaside. The kids were asked "how was it" and everybody said:"COOL". Then my friend took a picture of her son with his thumb up and a big smile.

I'm so happy to be asked by Tina to participate in Sunday Sketch Challenge.
