Here's the card I created based on the sketch...
Supplies; Coredinations cardstock, American Crafts cardstock, Studio Calico Memoir patterned paper, Studio Calico chipboard clouds, Studio Calico kraft sticker alphas, MME bling, machine stitching

I was inspired by the general design of Jen's layout and thought it would make a really fun card.  This is a great design to use with those leftover paper scraps and tiny embellishments.
