Hello! Céline here for a new tutorial on the Studio Calico blog. Today, we’re going to make a very cute, very small and very fast to make mini album using the Sonoma add-on kit, which I LOVE!
I printed mini photos size 2x2inch about a wonderful cathedral we visisted in Reims a couple of weeks ago. Cut stripes of paper width 2inch.
Glue a picture at the very left side or your piece of paper.
Fold by the right side of the photo.
Close the page and cut the paper.
Do this as many times as you want pages. My mini album has 10 photos so that means 10 pieces of paper with photo. Then you’re going to glue each back of the papers to one another, until you get a mini book.
Once all of the pages are glued together, use a tiny bit of patterned paper to cover the spine of your mini album. Here I used a piece of paper that I previously punched.
With that amazing banner stamp, use Versamark ink and Zing embossing powder on brown paper... the Zing embossing powder looks amazing on dark paper too! Then cut it.
Glue the embossed stamp on the cover, along with title and embellishments.
There you go ! A mini album within a few minutes! You have now a sweet mini album that you can keep in your bag, give to friends, put on a shelf.
Enjoy!
Love this! Just beautiful!
