Howdy! It's Lisa Spangler here today, and I have a quick little video to share some tips and tricks for using the stamp roller that came in this month's card kit add-on, Americano! Love this stamp so much. First I share how to get it inky, then how you can free-style it, and finally how to get a straight edge.

Hiya everyone! I have put together a super quick tutorial for you with one of my favorite tips on using digital stamps or custom journaling. Have you ever tried to select a color in photoshop only to have it totally clash with your paper line once you have printed it? Here is my super simple solution!

For my example today I will be using the April Studio Calico Project Life Kit as well as the digital stamps from Studio Calico.

tutorial - Sundrifter circles mask

I absolutely love the Sundrifters Circles mask - the smaller interchangeable icon masks mean that there are so many ways to use it!

Watercolors are so on trend right now, and we wanted to give you an easy way to incorporate this look into your projects. We've brought in some new shop items - transparent watercolor papers and small and medium water brushes.

Whether you use them for coloring in stamps, creating backgrounds, or adding a custom look to ready made embellishments, these papers are a great item to have in your creative arsenal!

tutorial - printing on Studio Calico Project Life cards

Hello! Catherine here with a video tutorial on printing right onto your Project Life Journaling cards. This simple process will open up a world of possibilities in your Project Life designs. Add text, Studio Calico Digital Brushes or even images to the journaling cards.

What you'll need:

• A computer program that allows you to draw 3x4 or 4x6 rectangular shapes.
• Repositional Tape. You can find some in the Studio Calico shop here.
• Studio Calico Project Life Journaling Cards.
• 8.5x11 paper to print a template

 

Please note that every printer is different. I can't be specific as to which way to face a card on your printer, whether it should be face up or face down. If you don't know which side your printer prints on, simply mark a piece of paper and place it face up before printing a test. If your test print comes out on the same side as your mark, then you know you have to face your card and template up.
