Hi everyone! It's Geralyn here today with this week's challenge. Have you ever had a bunch of photos you wanted to scrap, but the colors just weren't working the way you wanted them to? That's what happened to me recently, so I decided to make my photos black and white so I could have the freedom to use any color combination I wanted. I ended up pairing my photos with the happy and bright colors found in the Heyday collection.
For this week's challenge, I'm challenging you to use black and white photos! Pretty simple, huh? :) Here is what I came up with:
(Supplies - patterned paper: Fancy Free, Dew, & Pop; alphas: Heyday Ali Thickers - aqua; wood veneer: Heyday My Type; ephemera: Heyday ephemera pack; stamps: Heyday Sentiments stamps, Oh Happy Day (exclusive for 2peas); ink pads: JBS Chicken Feed ink, Hero Arts Soft Pool ink pad ; other: washi tape, printable circle tag, notepaper)
I hope you have fun! Link your project here by August 13th for a chance to win a $5 gift card to the Studio Calico Shop.
