I love typography. I love that Studio Calico loves typography. The newest releases of Countryside and State Fair are chock full of typographic inspired products and after pulling all of them out, I knew it would be a fun challenge to encourage you to use as many fonts on one page as possible. Lots of different ways to do this, but here's what I did:
- Addy Alphabet stickers in yellow (I used both the stickers and the left over backing, so this counts as 2)
- Mud Pie from Countryside
- Alpha Red Rub On
- Tickets Please from State Fair
- Chipboard Alphas State Fair (again, I multi-tasked this product, using it as a mask as well, counts for 2)
- Type Fabrips
Supplies: Cardstock-Bazzill, patterned paper -Studio Calico Mudpie, Studio Calico Tickets Please, Rub ons - Alpha Red Rub On, Phrases in green, Alphabets- Studio Calico Chipboard Alphabet State Fair, Addy Alphabet in yellow, Fabrips - Type, and Green Woodgrain, Tags - State Fair Tags, Wood Veneer - Studio Calico Butterflies, Spray Ink - Mister Huey in Pickle, Mister Huey in Lemonade, Mister Huey in Orchard, pen - Micron, Adhesive - American Crafts This to That Foam Squares, Quick Dry Glue by Scotch 3M.
So all said, I ended up using 8 different typographic products. How many can you use on one page? Use my inspiration piece if you like, using words in blocks, or you can do as I did and group leftover letters together in blocks to mimic the look of patterned papers. However you decide to approach this challenge, look at it as a way to use up partially used alpha sets. Link your page in the comments of this post by Friday May 13th for a chance to win a My Mind's Eye Lush 2 prize package!

you know what they say: if you've got it, font it!
