Well I did this layout for the scrap recipe challenge, but that included hand stitching. So I think I'll post it here too.

I may do another one just for this though too. I'm really having fun with all these challenges! Thanks for the inspiration!

A layout just isn't complete without a little hand stitching! http://www.studiocalico.com/forums/galleries/show/42284

I often include hand-stitching on my pages, so this wasn't as difficult as, say, the paint challenge!

DebLucero

Hmmm, you can't really tell, but that's red stitching on the woodgrain....

Here's my teeny tiny bit of stitching - I find I like my hand stitching more when its in little bits!

Here's mine, a second attempt after the Sew Easy tool ate my cardstock I kept it simple and did it by hand :)

I started out using the Sew Easy tool, ended up with poked holes in a terrible uneven line, and then it wouldn't poke through where I had layers. I gave up and went with a straight stitch I just did by hand! I'm Sew Easy challenged!! I need a class!

Here is mine. I wanted to try out my sew easy tool, but I wasn't brave enough to do it on an almost finished layout! Next time!
