Paper is, hands down, my favorite item to use on my pages. I love to tear it punch it, distress, just have fun with it. I've seen projects before with these paper rolls, and always wanted to try it but hadn't until now. It was so easy to do and I'm really happy with the results. My challenge to you today is to create something with paper, but make it 3-Dimensional, not flat. You could make flowers, or stars, or squares, or paper rolls, whatever your creative little mind thinks up.
Supplies: American Crafts cardstock, Documentary Window Seat paper, Documentary Looky There paper, Documentary Jet Set paper, Elementary Show Your Work paper, Elementary Library paper, Elementary Harper's Rule paper, Elementary Penmanship paper, Elementary Atmosphere paper, Home Front Blown Fuse paper, Anthology Aperture paper, Documentary Souvenir paper, State Fair Pie Contest paper, State Fair Guess Your Weight paper, State Fair Cotton Candy paper, State Fair Label Stickers, Countryside Chipboard Alpha, Woodgrain Tweets rub-ons, Mister Huey's Applejack, Misc. twine, American Typewriter font, EK Success Folk Heart punch, We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper, Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher
Post your layout here by February 7th for your chance to win a $5 GC. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!

Love your layout, Jen! Here is a layout I did where I accordion-folded a paper strip for added dimension. Thanks for inspiring!

The page is BEAUTIFUL...but how do you store 3-dimensionals? They won't go into the album and maintain their depth. I'd love to do 3-ds ... but how do I store them? Help.

what a cute LO! paper rolls go perfect!! :D

predict that (including me) this rolled paper will be lifted about a bzillion times--love it!

Lauren, it actually will fit in a page protector, but it might get a little smooshed. :) however, i am terrible about putting lo's into albums so it won't be an issue for me for a long time, lol.

Accordion folded some paper strips and added my paper hearts so that they pop off the page.....thanks for the challenge.

if you use a piece of bamboo skewer inside the rolls (just cut slightly shorter that the "tube" and glue in place) It won't smoosh!
and I have to say this is a great inspiration page! love the little bird on there ;)
